Boston MIT Chapel Wedding by Forevercandid Photography | Lily and Jeff | Part 1

Lily and Jeff ARE Boston. They met there, married there, live there. You may remember their e-session published on East Coast Bride! Here is a glimpse of their vows at one of the most unique Boston ceremony locations I've ever seen... the MIT Chapel.

I love the stained glass hallway with gorgeous natural light!  Inside the chapel is a full organ, and a stunning backdrop that hangs from the ceiling where a single window illuminates the podium.

Lily struts like a pro (no seriously, she has modeling experience!) and we are off to our 45 minute long Boston adventure for bride and groom formals!  It's not always possible to spend that much time with just the bride and groom.  But I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!!

How gorgeous was the fall foliage?  I love early October weddings.

Stay tuned for more of Lily and Jeff including our revisit to the Mass Ave bridge when some of their engagement photos were captured!

Seaport Boston Hotel Wedding by Forevercandid Photography

I just love photographing destination weddings! But wait, this was a Boston wedding, right? Yes! John, the groom, is originally from Boston. They now live in Arizona! They flew to Boston to meet with friends and family, and have a fabulous night at the Seaport Hotel!

Venue: Seaport Hotel Boston
Flowers: Poppy Floral in Cambridge
Groom's Suit: Vera Wang

John being from Boston means he is of course, a HUGE Patriots fan. He was absolutely glued to to television as he was getting ready. That is, until he saw his bride, at which point he was glued to HER. One of the most beautiful first looks I've been privileged to photograph...

Ceremony was in the Lighthouse room at the Seaport. Lots of big windows for gorgeous natural light!

After the ceremony, we had a chance to walk around the seaport area, down to the water, and then stroll the streets with the city view in the back.  John & Brooke are super easy going, which means they are super fun to photograph too!

Time to celebrate! Check out their creative cake topper -- which makes complete sense when you look at the image next to it! Too cute.

Something about city lights at night... I LOVE them. I also love mini hamburgers and french fries. Who wouldn't? Don't they look delicious?

Thank you so much John & Brooke!

Sharksmouth Estate Wedding in Manchester-by-the-Sea by Forevercandid Photography

I LOVE estate weddings!  There's just something about the old combined with the new.  The delicate muted vintage details inside early 1900's properties combined with modern dresses, bright and contemporary florals, and lots of ETSY make for a stunning wedding every time.  If you don't know what I mean... check out this wedding at Glen Magna Farms for another estate wedding!

VENDOR SPOTLIGHT: Check out Floral Designs by LauraJean if you're looking for stunning florals for your wedding.  She designed the bouquets below for Erin & Gabe and I think they are just beautiful...

Simple, sophisticated, and elegant dress. Monet by Jenny Packham.  Manolo Blahnik shoes.

I adore the light blue paisley wallpaper.

Bridemaid's dresses by Ivy and Aster with belts by Country Couture Weddings (Etsy).

Gorgeous antique mirror at Sharksmouth Estate.

Ceremony held under a gorgeous tree with DIY chandelier! I love how the groomsman's bow-ties pop. Bow-ties are from Etsy.

A little walk through the woods down to where the estate opens up into beautiful ocean views. This property has it all!

And finally the gorgeous bridal party in their gorgeous attire! Groom's suit it Ted Baker.

Keep watching the blog for Erin and Gabe's reception!

And as always comments~likes~shares = LOVE

Larz Anderson Auto Museum Wedding by Forevercandid Photography

If you enjoy truly unique weddings -- feast your eyes upon this beauty with the reception held at the Larz Anderson Auto Museum! Classic cars abounded and everywhere you looked there were tiny little vintage details! Fabulous venue choice and fabulous couple! Congrats Bekah and Brian!

How lovely is this gold / ivory / burgundy color palette? Check out the shoes!!

Headed off to the ceremony in a Cadillac.

Off to Larz Anderson Park (next to the Auto Museum) with beautiful willow trees that made a gorgeous backdrop for formals.

I looooove the old columns!

Gorgeous venue?! I believe so! Can you believe this used to be the Anderson's carriage house?

I could have spent all night looking at the cars and tiny little details -- I guess I'll have to back and visit some time!

Thanks for visiting my blog!  Would love to hear from you!

Nadine & Joel | Gore Place | by Forevercandid Photography

My oh my -- sometimes there are just venues that take my breath away -- and Gore Place is one of them!  It's museum (home built in 1806) , it's barn, it's garden, it's unique!!  If you'd like to read more about the history of this place, check out this article.  Nadine & Joel were the perfectly suited and completely adorable couple to grace the venue!

Here are some images from their wedding on the property.  Stay tuned for part two of their wedding day -- the reception -- which includes a second bridal outfit and other fantastic cultural elements you won't want to miss...

Joel is from Australia, where the two met!  Hot Australian meat pies arrived fresh after the ceremony for guests to nibble on before they headed over to the reception location!

Thank you Nadine & Joel.  SUCH a pleasure.

Boston Wedding Photographer | Highfields | Kellsie & Mike

Here is Kellsie & Mike's wedding!

Lace around flowers is one of my favorite details - the lace much of the time coming from a family members wedding dress!  Personal, and adorable.

Kellsie was a little teary before the ceremony - but just look at her smile and she walks up to her groom!  Beaming...

Who doesn't love a bubble exit?  So fun!

So photogenic these two!

Adorable bright green and vivid pink details!  Nature inspired.

A few images at dusk and the pink in the sky was perfect for her color scheme ;-)

Thanks Kellsie and Mike!!
