Boston Omni Parker House Wedding - Lili + Jim by Forevercandid Photography

I was excited from the very beginning when Lili told me their wedding would be Mad Men inspired! Her and Jim picked the most charming Boston venue, and included such lovely details to pull the whole theme together! Take a peek! You'll love it!

Turner Hill Mansion Wedding - Kate + Ted's Love Story

I was honored to be a part of Kate + Ted's stunning, classic North Shore wedding! This NYC couple celebrated in style in the Mansion at Turner Hill in Ipswich. A gorgeous estate with a lot of character and beautiful grounds. There is SO much I could share from this wedding, but here are some highlights!

The day began in Newburyport at the Garrison Inn. Love the brick!

It was HOT HOT HOT inside the church, but water was passed out for everyone to drink during the ceremony!

Back to Turner Hill where we spent a little time with just Ted + Kate.

Absolutely obsessed with the red door!! A little pop of color can be amazing!!

How creative is the cake topper? Love it!!

Dinner was outside in the tent, and then it was back to inside where they filled the dance floor and celebrated all night long! The band was perfect!

Nicole + Michael's Love Story

Nicole + Michael put together a very elegant and modern wedding! It was a steamy hot day, but we managed to endure the sun for a First Look session in front of the cliffs at Black Rock Country Club! I could have photographed in front of that rock wall all day long...

Here's their First Look session (if you don't know, that's when the bride and groom decide to set aside a special time for just the two of them, to see each other before the ceremony).

Super friendly group of girls which always makes the day nice! Thanks girls!!

Vivid colors and natural light flooded the reception room. Peaches, pinks, and light blue! And the peonies, OH the peonies (my favorite flower).

First dance and toasts!!

And to top it off, a gorgeous sunset!!

Thanks Nicole and Mike!! I'm glad we didn't melt. Your band was awesome!!

Adam + Naomi's Love Story - Black Swan Country Club Wedding

I've known this groom, Adam, since he was a wee little one, so seeing him find his perfect fit, Naomi, was just a beautiful site!!

Noami's loves her bling -- and I loved photographing it! Look at her shoes!!!

We booked Long Hill in Beverly for the first look and some bridal party formals. It was the perfect spot - extremely beautiful with the trees blooming with pink and white flowers!

Non-traditional guest books are very trendy now, and I love the idea of a sign in quilt at the ceremony!

This little man stole the show, and was very helpful with the groomsman photos. ;-)

Super creative wedding reception with each table being the name of a wedding-related film!

Thanks for having me Adam + Noami!! A lifetime of joy to you both...

Harrington Farm Wedding - Brian + Sanae's Love Story - Part 2

We really wanted to take advantage of the beautiful field and mountain view, but the grass was a little tall for Sanae to walk through. No problem Brian Says!! He picked her up and carried her through! So fun!

The bridal party was great! They made it a fun time for all.

And now for some really beautiful details!! Bikes, an ombre cake, chalkboards, maps, and each table adorned with items that represented a different country that has meaning to Brian + Sanae.

Harrington Farm Wedding - Brian + Sanae's Love Story

I had heard a lot from photographer friends about the beauty of Harrington Farm. It's all true...

Brian + Sanae were married in June 2013 and not only did I love their venue choice, but I also appreciated all the thought and care they put into personalizing their wedding day and making it special for their guests! Forget about the 90 degree heat and blazing sun, it didn't matter, all eyes were on Brian + Sanae who were radiating with joy and love for each other!!

The bride + groom got ready in the Harrington Farm Inn -- where they were in separate rooms just about 100 feet from one another! The Inn is full of character throughout each room!

So beautiful...

Brian + Sanae chose to do a First Look session. I love them all but the hug gives me goosebumps. So heartfelt and genuine!!

Straight from the Inn down to the garden ceremony. Flowers everywhere! So gorgeous!!

Amazing maid of honor alert! See that little spot inside the bride's veil? It's a bug! Notice the maid of honor's calm smile. She then proceeds to life the veil and remove the bug all whilst the ceremony continues undisturbed. Great job!!

Vows exchanged, sealed with a kiss, and now for the party! Blog #2 coming right up...

Crane Estate Engagement Session - Melissa + Adam

One of the perks of getting married at the Great House on Castle Hill (Crane Estate) in Ipswich, is that you can do your engagement session on the property! It's a simply stunning venue and one of my favorites on the North Shore. You can learn more about the Estate here. Melissa and Adam took me on a tour starting with the mansion and ending at the beach (Steep Hill beach) with the most beautiful sunset!!
